TRAINING

EXECUTION & MANAGEMENT
Managed HR/Payroll and Time Applications/O (Time & attendance) modules for a platinum implementation project; the building of ten major customizations, including dual FLSA calculations, retro pay, mass changes, and field level security. Managed interface design between Time Applications to Oracle PA (including a customized interface), Oracle PR to Oracle GL, and Oracle PR to BRASS (government budgeting software) and the configuration of all key and descriptive flexfields.
Implemented costing functionality to meet client’s general ledger and project accounting requirements which included timecard overrides for costing segments. Developed and implemented HR functionality for position control, FTE budgets, COBRA, reporting establishments, EEO-4 reporting, employee evaluations, and organizational hierarchies. And, created implementation and conversion tools to load HR data for jobs, segments values, grades, and organizations, driving Oracle supported solutions.
QUALITY ASSURANCE & CHANGE CONTROL
DEVELICOR consultants have been responsible for project reporting requirements using Oracle’s AIM methodology, provided test scripts for validation and system testing, tested and promoted setup and cleanup recommendations, and implemented service requests and issue resolutions.
